Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (such as personal care items or opened goods) may not be eligible for exchange. Please contact us before initiating a return to confirm eligibility.
Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your exchange. Approved exchanges will be processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
